- 1 cup full-fat cottage cheese – Adds protein & moisture.

Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat the Oven
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2️⃣ Blend the Ingredients
- In a blender or food processor, blend together:
✅ Cottage cheese
✅ Eggs
✅ (Optional seasonings: garlic powder, onion powder, herbs) - Blend until smooth.
3️⃣ Spread & Bake
- Pour the batter onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Use a spatula to spread it evenly into a thin layer.
- Bake for 30–40 minutes until golden brown and firm.
4️⃣ Cool & Serve
- Let cool completely before cutting.
