Ingredients
1 pre-made graham cracker crust
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon lemon zest
Instructions
- 
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). 
- 
In a blender, combine lemon juice, sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, vanilla extract, and lemon zest. 
- 
Blend until smooth and creamy. 
- 
Pour mixture into the graham cracker crust and spread evenly. 
- 
Bake for 15–18 minutes, until the filling is just set with a slight jiggle. 
- 
Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours. 
- 
Slice and serve chilled.
