Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 pound Brussels sprouts, halved
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)
- Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- While the chicken is cooking, trim and halve the Brussels sprouts, then toss them with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- After 10 minutes, add the Brussels sprouts to the air fryer basket around the chicken. Continue cooking for another 10-12 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the Brussels sprouts are crispy.
- In a small bowl, mix the sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, and honey (if using).
- Once cooked, remove the chicken and Brussels sprouts from the air fryer and drizzle them with the sweet chili sauce mixture.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and fresh cilantro if desired. Serve immediately.
