Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1/2 cup BBQ sauce

1/2 cup ranch dressing

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

4 sandwich buns

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then sear for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown.

  • Place seared chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour BBQ ranch sauce over the chicken, making sure it’s evenly coated.
