1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 cup broccoli florets
1/2 cup snow peas
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
1 teaspoon cornstarch
Instructions
-
Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
-
Add sliced beef and cook 4–5 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

-
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and cornstarch.
-
Pour sauce over veggies and stir to coat.
-
Return beef to skillet and toss to combine. Cook 2–3 more minutes until the sauce thickens.
-
Serve hot over rice or noodles.
Notes
-
Use low-sodium soy sauce to reduce sodium.
-
Add mushrooms, baby corn, or zucchini to bulk up the veggies.
-
For spice, stir in chili flakes or sriracha.
-
Slice beef thinly against the grain for max tenderness.
