Ingredients
4 ears of corn, husked
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
-
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, or bring a large pot of water to a boil to cook the corn.
-
If boiling, place the husked corn in the boiling water and cook for 8-10 minutes until tender. If grilling, place the corn directly on the grill and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally for even cooking.
-
While the corn is cooking, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a small bowl and mix well.
-
Once the corn is cooked, remove it from the grill or water and brush generously with the garlic butter mixture.
-
Sprinkle the grated Parmesan and shredded mozzarella cheese over the corn, allowing the cheese to melt into the butter.
-
Garnish with fresh chopped parsley for a burst of color and freshness.
-
Serve immediately and enjoy!
