Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
- 1 tbsp olive oil (for greasing)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, milk, chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and ketchup. Mix until all ingredients are evenly combined.
- Grease a muffin tin with olive oil or line it with parchment paper.
- Divide the meat mixture evenly among the muffin cups, pressing it in to form mini meatloafs.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the mini meatloafs are cooked through and have reached an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Optionally, top each meatloaf with shredded cheddar cheese in the last 5 minutes of baking, allowing it to melt and brown slightly.
- Serve immediately, or store for meal prep.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add finely chopped vegetables like carrots, zucchini, or bell peppers to the meat mixture.
- Spice it up with chopped jalapeños or red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
- Swap the cheddar cheese with mozzarella or Parmesan for a different cheese flavor.
- For a low-carb option, substitute breadcrumbs with almond flour or cauliflower breadcrumbs.
