Ingredients
½ cup almond flour
½ cup cocoa powder
¼ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
½ cup erythritol (or preferred keto-friendly sweetener)
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup sugar-free dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- 
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper. 
- 
In a mixing bowl, whisk together almond flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. 
- 
In another bowl, beat the melted butter, erythritol, eggs, and vanilla until smooth. 
- 
Combine wet and dry ingredients and mix until a thick batter forms. 
- 
Fold in the sugar-free chocolate chips. 
- 
Spread the batter into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top. 
- 
Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs. 
- 
Cool completely in the pan before slicing into squares.
