Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Clean the mushrooms by wiping them with a damp paper towel (avoid rinsing them with water).
- In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Toss the mushrooms in the honey-garlic sauce until well coated, then arrange them in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast the mushrooms for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through. The sauce should caramelize and create a sticky glaze.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
