Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Prepare the filling: Combine blueberries, sugar, lemon zest, and cornstarch in a bowl.
- Assemble: Pour the blueberry mixture into the baking dish.
- Make the topping: Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Cut in butter, then add milk and vanilla.
- Top the cobbler: Drop spoonfuls of batter over the blueberries.
- Bake: Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Serve: Allow to cool slightly before serving.
