1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup fresh blueberries
1 egg (for egg wash)
1 tbsp sugar (for sprinkling)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a small bowl, mix softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Roll out puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut into 4 equal squares.

Spoon a tablespoon of cream cheese filling into the center of each square and top with a few blueberries.

Fold corners inward to form a pocket and press edges to seal.

Beat egg and brush over pastries. Sprinkle with sugar.

Bake for 20–25 minutes or until puffed and golden.
