Ingredients
2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough
1 cup blueberries
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/2 cup brown sugar
Instructions
-
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt pan.
-
Cut the biscuit dough into quarters and place them in a large bowl. Add sugar and cinnamon, tossing until all dough pieces are well-coated.
-
Layer the dough pieces and fresh blueberries in the bundt pan, alternating between the two until all dough and berries are used.
-
In a separate bowl, mix the melted butter and brown sugar together. Pour this mixture evenly over the dough and blueberry layers in the pan.
-
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the bread is fully cooked.
-
Let the bread cool for a few minutes, then invert the bundt pan onto a plate. Serve warm and enjoy the gooey, pull-apart effect!
Notes
-
For added crunch, toss in chopped walnuts or pecans.
-
Try using a combination of berries like raspberries, strawberries, or blackberries.
-
A dollop of cream cheese in between layers creates a rich, creamy texture.
-
For a refreshing citrus flavor, add a tablespoon of lemon zest to the cinnamon-sugar mix.
