Ingredients
Carrots:
- 2 lbs Carrots, washed and peeled
Glaze:
- ½ cup Brown Sugar
- ¼ cup Butter
- ½ tsp Salt
Liquid:
- 1 ½ cup Water
Instructions
- Slice the carrots: Cut carrots into 1/2″ thick slices and place in a large skillet.
- Simmer: Add water to the skillet, cover, and simmer over medium-high heat until carrots are tender, about 8-10 minutes.
- Drain: Remove any excess water.
- Add glaze: Stir in brown sugar, butter, and salt until carrots are coated. Cook for 4-5 minutes until a thickened sauce forms.
- Serve: Serve warm and enjoy!
