- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
1. Prepare the Tomato Mixture:
- In a bowl, combine diced tomatoes, basil, garlic, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar.
- Season with salt & pepper and let marinate while preparing the cheese base.
2. Prepare the Cheese Base:
- Blend cream cheese, sour cream, feta cheese, lemon juice, red pepper flakes, and Parmesan in a food processor until smooth.
3. Assemble the Dip:
- Spread the cheese mixture evenly on a serving plate.
- Top with the marinated tomato mixture.
4. Serve & Enjoy!
- Garnish with extra fresh basil, if desired.
