Ingredients

  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

1. Prepare the Tomato Mixture:

  • In a bowl, combine diced tomatoes, basil, garlic, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar.
  • Season with salt & pepper and let marinate while preparing the cheese base.

2. Prepare the Cheese Base:

  • Blend cream cheese, sour cream, feta cheese, lemon juice, red pepper flakes, and Parmesan in a food processor until smooth.

3. Assemble the Dip:

  • Spread the cheese mixture evenly on a serving plate.
  • Top with the marinated tomato mixture.

4. Serve & Enjoy!
