Ingredients
- 2 flatbreads (about 14.5 oz total)
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- ½ cup buffalo wing sauce
- 1½ cups diced cooked chicken (rotisserie or leftover chicken)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ⅓ cup blue cheese dressing
- ⅓ cup sliced green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
1. Preheat Oven & Prepare Flatbreads:
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Place the flatbreads on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Brush the edges lightly with olive oil and bake for 5 minutes to crisp slightly.
2. Assemble the Flatbreads:
- Remove from the oven and spread buffalo sauce evenly over each flatbread.
- Add diced chicken and shredded mozzarella on top.
- Drizzle with blue cheese dressing.
3. Bake Until Golden:
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are golden brown.
- For a crispy cheese topping, broil for the last 1-2 minutes.
4. Garnish & Serve:
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with sliced green onions.
- Drizzle with extra buffalo sauce and blue cheese dressing, if desired.
- Slice and serve hot!
