  • Total Time: 45 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup (240ml) Caesar salad dressing
  • 1 cup (100g) grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup (60g) panko breadcrumbs
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp dried parsley
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  • Prepare the chicken: Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness (about ½ inch).
  • Marinate: Coat the chicken in Caesar dressing and let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  • Make the coating: In a bowl, mix Parmesan, panko, garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley, salt, and black pepper.
  • Coat the chicken: Dredge the marinated chicken in the Parmesan breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
  • Bake: Arrange the chicken in a single layer in the prepared dish. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Rest & serve: Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley, extra Parmesan, or lemon wedges if desired.

Notes

  • Spicy Caesar Chicken: Add cayenne pepper or red pepper flakes for heat.
  • Extra Cheesy: Mix shredded mozzarella or cheddar into the breadcrumb mixture.
  • Air Fryer Method: Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 18-20 minutes, flipping halfway.
  • Storage: Keep leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or air fryer for crispiness.
