- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup (240ml) Caesar salad dressing
- 1 cup (100g) grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup (60g) panko breadcrumbs
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp dried parsley
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
- Prepare the chicken: Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness (about ½ inch).
- Marinate: Coat the chicken in Caesar dressing and let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Make the coating: In a bowl, mix Parmesan, panko, garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley, salt, and black pepper.
- Coat the chicken: Dredge the marinated chicken in the Parmesan breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
- Bake: Arrange the chicken in a single layer in the prepared dish. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Rest & serve: Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley, extra Parmesan, or lemon wedges if desired.

- Spicy Caesar Chicken: Add cayenne pepper or red pepper flakes for heat.
- Extra Cheesy: Mix shredded mozzarella or cheddar into the breadcrumb mixture.
