 - 1 tablespoon honey (or to taste)
 - 2 chamomile tea bags
 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
 - A pinch of ground cinnamon (optional)
 
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, combine milk and water. Heat over medium-low heat until warm, avoiding boiling.
 - Add the chamomile tea bags and steep for 5-7 minutes. Remove tea bags and gently squeeze out any remaining liquid.
 - Stir in honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of cinnamon if desired. Whisk lightly to create a frothy texture.
 - Pour into a mug, serve warm, and enjoy before bedtime.

- To make it vegan, substitute honey with maple syrup or agave, and use a plant-based milk alternative.
