Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, about 6-8 minutes. Drain excess fat.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet, and cook for 3 minutes until softened.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes, then transfer the beef mixture to the prepared baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, prepare the cheddar bay biscuit mix according to package instructions using milk to make the dough.
- Spoon the biscuit dough over the beef mixture, spreading evenly. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the biscuit topping is golden and cooked through.
