Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 12 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook Noodles: Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- Sauté Garlic and Chicken: In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté garlic for 1 minute. Add the shredded chicken and buffalo sauce, stir to combine, and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Assemble Lasagna: In a baking dish, spread a thin layer of ricotta cheese, then layer the lasagna noodles, buffalo chicken mixture, mozzarella, and Parmesan. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.
- Bake: Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Add Ranch Drizzle: Remove foil, add a drizzle of ranch dressing on top, and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
- Garnish and Serve: Garnish with chopped green onions and serve.
