Ingredients
6 cups Chex cereal
1 cup sugar
1 cup corn syrup
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup butterscotch chips
Instructions
- 
Prepare the Peanut Butter Mixture: In a saucepan, heat the sugar and corn syrup over medium heat until it starts to bubble. Remove from heat and stir in the peanut butter until fully combined and smooth.

Mix with Cereal: Pour the peanut butter mixture over the Chex cereal in a large bowl. Gently stir until all the cereal is evenly coated.

Melt the Chocolate and Butterscotch Chips: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate and butterscotch chips together, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth. 
- 
Combine and Coat: Drizzle the melted chocolate and butterscotch mixture over the cereal mixture and stir until it is all coated. 
- 
Form Clusters: Scoop the mixture into small mounds (clusters) on a piece of wax paper or parchment paper. Let them set for 30 minutes at room temperature until firm.
