Ingredients
2 lbs boneless chicken thighs
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp shawarma seasoning
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/2 cup yogurt
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 garlic clove, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

Rub the chicken thighs with olive oil and shawarma seasoning, making sure each piece is evenly coated.

Place the chicken on the baking sheet and roast for 25–30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and slightly crispy on the edges.

While the chicken is roasting, prepare the creamy garlic sauce by mixing together yogurt, mayonnaise, minced garlic, and a pinch of salt and pepper in a small bowl.

Once the chicken is done, remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing or shredding.

Serve the chicken with the creamy garlic sauce on the side or drizzle it over the chicken. Serve in a pita, with a salad, or over rice.

For a smoky flavor, grill the chicken instead of roasting it.
