  • Total Time: 27 minutes
  • Yield: 12 servings

Ingredients

For the Brownie Mix:

  • 1 box brownie mix (plus ingredients listed on the box)

For the Cookie Dough:

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Prepare the Brownie Mix: Follow the instructions on the box to make the brownie batter. Set aside.
  • Make the Cookie Dough: In a bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Add the flour, salt, and vanilla extract. Mix until everything is well combined. Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
  • Form the Bites: Scoop a tablespoon of brownie batter and roll it into a ball. Then, scoop a tablespoon of cookie dough and roll it around the brownie ball, creating a “bite” shape.
  • Bake: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the brownie bites on the baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, until the edges are golden brown but the centers are still soft.
  • Cool and Serve: Allow the brownie bites to cool on the baking sheet for about 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Add chopped walnuts or pecans to the cookie dough for an extra crunchy texture.
  • Top with a scoop of vanilla or chocolate ice cream for an indulgent treat.
  • Substitute mini chocolate chips with M&Ms for a fun twist.
