Ingredients
For the Brownie Mix:
- 1 box brownie mix (plus ingredients listed on the box)
For the Cookie Dough:
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Prepare the Brownie Mix: Follow the instructions on the box to make the brownie batter. Set aside.
- Make the Cookie Dough: In a bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Add the flour, salt, and vanilla extract. Mix until everything is well combined. Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
- Form the Bites: Scoop a tablespoon of brownie batter and roll it into a ball. Then, scoop a tablespoon of cookie dough and roll it around the brownie ball, creating a “bite” shape.
- Bake: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the brownie bites on the baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, until the edges are golden brown but the centers are still soft.
- Cool and Serve: Allow the brownie bites to cool on the baking sheet for about 10 minutes before serving.
