  • Yield: 12 servings

Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 36 Oreos, crushed
  • 6 tbsp melted butter

For the Peanut Butter Layer:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 ½ cups creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup whipped topping

For the Chocolate Layer:

  • 3 cups cold milk
  • 2 packs (3.9 oz each) instant chocolate pudding mix

For the Topping:

  • 2 cups whipped topping
  • ½ cup crushed peanut butter cups
  • Drizzle of melted peanut butter

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crust: Mix crushed Oreos with melted butter and press firmly into a 9×13-inch dish. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  2. Make the Peanut Butter Layer: Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Mix in peanut butter, then fold in 1 cup of whipped topping. Spread evenly over the Oreo crust.
  3. Prepare the Chocolate Pudding Layer: Whisk together chocolate pudding mix and cold milk until thickened. Spread over the peanut butter layer and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  4. Top with Whipped Cream: Spread 2 cups of whipped topping evenly over the pudding layer.
  5. Garnish & Chill: Sprinkle crushed peanut butter cups over the top and drizzle with melted peanut butter.
  6. Chill & Serve: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving. Slice and enjoy!

Notes

  • Crust Variations: Use graham crackers or Nutter Butter cookies instead of Oreos.
  • Extra Chocolate: Add a layer of chocolate ganache between the pudding and whipped topping.
  • Crunchy Texture: Stir chopped peanuts into the peanut butter layer.
  • Flavor Twists: Try caramel drizzle or use peanut butter-flavored pudding instead of chocolate.
