Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
  • 12 slider buns
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese, halved
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, pickles, ketchup, mustard

Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Prepare the Beef Patties:
    • In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
    • Divide the mixture into 12 equal portions and shape them into small patties.
  • Cook the Patties:
    • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the patties for 3–4 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
  • Assemble the Sliders:
    • Arrange the bottom halves of the slider buns in a baking dish.
    • Place a patty on each bun, top with half a slice of cheddar cheese, and cover with the top halves of the buns.
    • Optional: Brush the tops of the buns with melted butter for added flavor.
  • Bake the Sliders:
    • Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the buns are slightly toasted.
