Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a bowl, combine rolled oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, egg, and melted butter.
- Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- For the streusel topping, mix flour, brown sugar, melted butter, and cinnamon until crumbly, then sprinkle over the oatmeal.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the oatmeal is set and golden brown on top.
