Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Cut in the cold butter using a pastry cutter or your fingers until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Stir in the cottage cheese and milk, mixing until a dough forms.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown.
- Cool for a few minutes before serving and enjoy!
Notes
- For added flavor, try adding dried herbs, cheddar cheese, or even garlic butter for a unique twist.
