- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Blend the Ingredients: In a blender, combine cottage cheese, cocoa powder, honey or maple syrup, almond flour, eggs, vanilla extract, and baking powder. Blend until smooth.
- Bake the Brownies: Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake: Place the dish in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Cool and Serve: Let the brownies cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
- Add Nuts: Add chopped walnuts, almonds, or pecans for extra crunch.
- Make it Vegan: Swap the eggs for flax eggs (1 tablespoon flaxseed meal mixed with 3 tablespoons water).
