Instructions
1. Blend the Cottage Cheese
- In a high-speed blender or food processor, blend the cottage cheese until completely smooth and creamy.
 
2. Mix the Fudge Ingredients
- Add honey (or maple syrup), cocoa powder, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and sea salt to the blender.
 - Blend until well combined and smooth.

4. Freeze the Fudge
- Line a small baking dish with parchment paper.
