- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Asiago cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream, Asiago cheese, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir until the cheese melts and the sauce thickens.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it in the creamy sauce.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- Add Veggies: Sauté spinach, mushrooms, or bell peppers with the garlic for extra flavor and nutrients.
- Spicy Version: Add red pepper flakes or hot sauce for a little heat in the creamy sauce.
- Cheese Swap: Substitute Asiago with Parmesan or Pecorino Romano for a different savory flavor.
- Low-Carb Option: Serve with cauliflower rice or zoodles for a low-carb alternative.
