Ingredients
Chicken:
4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
1 tbsp olive oil
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
Cream Sauce:
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
-
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
-
Pat chicken dry and drizzle with olive oil. Season with ranch mix, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
-
Arrange chicken thighs skin-side up in the prepared dish.
-
In a small bowl, stir together heavy cream and Parmesan cheese.
-
Pour the cream sauce over the chicken, avoiding the skin for maximum crispiness.
-
Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes, or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
-
Optional: Broil for 2–3 minutes to crisp the skin further.
-
Let rest 5 minutes before serving. Spoon extra sauce over each serving.
Notes
-
Veggie Add-In: Add mushrooms, spinach, for a heartier meal.
-
Boneless Chicken Thighs: Reduce baking time to 25–30 minutes.
-
Cheese Swap: Substitute Parmesan with Asiago, Gruyère, or mozzarella.
-
