Ingredients
1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Instructions
- 
In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter and powdered sugar. Stir until well combined.

In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. 
- 
Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until smooth and creamy.

Add the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt, then stir to combine.

Chill the mousse in the fridge for at least 2 hours to allow it to set and firm up.

Once chilled, serve as a spread, dip, or dessert!
