Ingredients
- 12 wonton wrappers
 - 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
 - 1/2 cup shredded cheese
 - 1/4 cup salsa
 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
 - 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
 - Fresh cilantro, for garnish
 - Sour cream, for serving
 
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
 - Brush the wonton wrappers with olive oil and bake them in a muffin tin for 5-7 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
 - In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with taco seasoning and salsa.
 - Spoon the chicken mixture into the crispy wonton shells.
 - Top with shredded cheese and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
 - Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with sour cream.
