- 8 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and chopped

Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to the package directions. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped hard-boiled eggs and cooled pasta.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, white vinegar, sweet pickle relish, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta and egg mixture. Stir gently to combine.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and a sprinkle of paprika, if desired.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
