Instructions
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil or cooking spray.
2. Make the Sauce
In a small bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, apple cider vinegar (or lemon juice), minced garlic, thyme, salt, and black pepper.
3. Coat the Chicken
Place the chicken breasts in the baking dish. Pour the honey Dijon sauce over the chicken, ensuring each piece is evenly coated.
4. Bake
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Baste the chicken with the sauce halfway through cooking for extra flavor.
