Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Set the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Blend Wet Ingredients: In a food processor, combine cottage cheese, eggs, vanilla extract, and sugar. Blend until smooth.
- Activate Baking Soda: In a small bowl, mix baking soda and vinegar until it foams. Add to the wet mixture and blend.
- Incorporate Dry Ingredients: Add flour, salt, and baking powder to the processor. Blend until a sticky dough forms.
- Shape Rolls: Transfer dough to a floured surface, divide into 8 pieces, and roll into balls. Place on the baking sheet.
- First Bake: Bake for 12 minutes.
- Add Topping: Remove from the oven, brush with milk, and sprinkle with sugar.
- Final Bake: Bake for 5-10 more minutes until golden brown.
- Cool & Serve: Let the rolls cool slightly before serving.
