Ingredients
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup fresh lime juice (key lime or regular)
2 large eggs
Lime zest for garnish
Instructions
- 
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). 
- 
In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until the mixture resembles wet sand. 
- 
Press into the bottom of a greased 9×9-inch baking dish to form an even crust. 
- 
In another bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, and eggs until smooth. 
- 
Pour filling over the crust and smooth the top. 
- 
Bake for 15–20 minutes, until the center is just set. 
- 
Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours. 
- 
Garnish with lime zest, slice into bars, and serve chilled.
