- 1 cup canned white beans, drained and rinsed
 - 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
 - 2 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup for vegan option)
 - 2 tablespoons white vinegar
 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
 - Water, as needed
 
Instructions
- Blend Ingredients:
- In a blender or food processor, combine white beans, Dijon mustard, honey, white vinegar, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth.
 
 - Adjust Consistency:
- Add water, one tablespoon at a time, blending after each addition, until the desired dressing consistency is achieved.
 
 - Serve or Store:
- Use immediately, or transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 5 days. Shake or stir well before each use.
 
 
Notes
- For a vegan version, substitute honey with maple syrup or agave nectar.
 - Add garlic, fresh herbs, or a splash of citrus juice to customize the flavor.
