1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
2 teaspoons Sriracha (adjust to taste)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
Green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Add ground chicken and cook for 5–7 minutes, breaking it apart until fully cooked and browned.

In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, Sriracha, garlic powder, and ground ginger.

Pour sauce into skillet; stir to coat chicken.
