Ready in just 25 minutes, they’re ideal for game day or any casual gathering and will be a hit with spice lovers!

  • Total Time: 25 minutes
  • Yield: 20 meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1 egg

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce

  • 1/4 cup honey

  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce

  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined, then form the mixture into small meatballs (about 1 inch in diameter).

  3. Place the meatballs on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until they’re browned and cooked through.

  4. In a small saucepan, combine soy sauce, honey, sriracha, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, then reduce the heat to low and cook for 2-3 minutes.

  5. Drizzle the sauce over the baked meatballs and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Add Heat: If you love more spice, increase the sriracha or add cayenne pepper to the sauce.

  • Sweet & Spicy: Add brown sugar to the sauce or swap honey for maple syrup for a different flavor.

  • Gluten-Free Version: Use gluten-free breadcrumbs and tamari instead of soy sauce.

  • Veggie Add-ins: Add finely chopped veggies like carrots or bell peppers to the meatball mixture for extra texture.
