- 12 cake pop sticks
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips (for dipping)
Instructions
- Prepare the cake mix according to package instructions and bake in a 9×13-inch pan. Let cool completely.
- Crumble the cooled cake into a large bowl and mix in the frosting and rainbow sprinkles.
- Roll the cake mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Melt white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, then dip the ends of each cake pop stick into the chocolate before inserting it into each cake ball.
- Dip each cake pop into the melted white chocolate, allowing excess chocolate to drip off.
- Place the cake pops back on the parchment-lined sheet to set.
