- 3 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
Instructions
1. Cook the Pasta:
Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. Cook the Steak:
Heat butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season the steak with salt and pepper, then cook for 4-5 minutes until browned. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
3. Make the Alfredo Sauce:
In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant. Add heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
4. Combine Pasta and Steak:
Toss the cooked pasta and steak into the Alfredo sauce, stirring to coat evenly.
5. Add Cheese:
Top with shredded mozzarella, letting it melt slightly before serving.
