- 3/4 cup warm water

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm water and sugar, stirring in the yeast. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until foamy.
- Add olive oil, flour, and salt to the yeast mixture, mixing until the dough forms. Knead for 5-7 minutes until smooth.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Punch down the dough and shape it into a loaf. Place it on a greased baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix minced garlic, parmesan, oregano, and basil. Sprinkle the mixture evenly over the top of the loaf.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown. Cool slightly before slicing.
