- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)
- 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
Instructions
- Press the Tofu: Remove excess water from the tofu and cut it into cubes.
- Prepare the Sauce: In a bowl, mix the gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, and ginger powder.
- Marinate the Tofu: Toss the tofu cubes in the sauce mixture and let them marinate for 10-15 minutes.
- Cook the Tofu: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and cook the tofu for 5-7 minutes, turning until crispy on all sides.
- Serve: Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
