Ingredients
1 cup Greek yogurt (plain, non-fat)
1/2 cup peanut butter powder (PB Fit)
1/4 cup honey
1 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions

In a large bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, peanut butter powder, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Stir in the rolled oats until fully incorporated.

Fold in mini chocolate chips if using.

Press the mixture into a parchment-lined 8×8-inch baking dish, spreading evenly and pressing down firmly.

Refrigerate for 1-2 hours, or until firm and set.

Cut into 12 bars and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
