Ingredients

1 cup Greek yogurt (plain, non-fat)

1/2 cup peanut butter powder (PB Fit)

1/4 cup honey

1 cup rolled oats

1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, peanut butter powder, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.

  • Stir in the rolled oats until fully incorporated.

  • Fold in mini chocolate chips if using.

  • Press the mixture into a parchment-lined 8×8-inch baking dish, spreading evenly and pressing down firmly.
