Ingredients
For the Dish:
1 lb ground beef
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 small onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups orzo pasta
1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
1 cup beef broth
1 teaspoon dried basil

Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.

Add chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until softened and fragrant.

Stir in diced tomatoes, beef broth, dried basil, oregano, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer.

Add orzo pasta, stirring to combine. Cover and cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until orzo is tender and most of the liquid has been absorbed.
