Ingredients
1 lb ground chicken
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 small onion, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon ground ginger
Salt and pepper to taste
2 green onions, sliced for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onions and red bell peppers and sauté for 3-4 minutes.
- Add garlic and ground chicken, cooking until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
- Stir in soy sauce, sriracha, honey, ground ginger, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2-3 more minutes until everything is well combined.
- Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
