Ingredients
1 lb cooked gyro meat (lamb, chicken, or beef)
4 cups mixed greens (lettuce, spinach, arugula)
1 cucumber, sliced
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
1 tomato, chopped
1/4 cup Kalamata olives
1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
1/4 cup tzatziki sauce
Instructions

In a large salad bowl, combine mixed greens, cucumber, red onion, tomato, Kalamata olives, and crumbled feta cheese.

Add the cooked gyro meat on top of the salad.

Drizzle with tzatziki sauce and toss gently to combine.
