Ingredients
- 1 cup cottage cheese (full-fat or low-fat)
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
- 1/4 cup dill pickles, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon pickle juice
- 1 teaspoon dried dill (or 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional, for extra tang)
Instructions
- In a food processor or blender, blend cottage cheese and Greek yogurt until smooth.
- Transfer to a bowl and mix in chopped dill pickles, pickle juice, dill, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, salt, pepper, and lemon juice (if using).
- Stir well and adjust seasoning to taste.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Serve with fresh vegetables, crackers, or as a salad dressing.
