1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine shredded carrots, almond flour, shredded coconut, and sweetener.
- Stir in melted coconut oil, cinnamon, and vanilla extract until the mixture is well combined.
- Fold in chopped walnuts.
- Press the mixture into a lined baking dish and refrigerate for 2 hours to set.
- Slice into bars and enjoy!

- You can substitute Swerve sweetener with any other low-calorie or natural sweetener of your choice.
