 - ½ avocado
 - ⅓ cup fresh herbs (such as chives, flat-leaf parsley, and dill), plus extra for garnish
 - 1½ tablespoons fresh lemon juice
 - 1½ tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, plus extra for garnish
 - ¼ teaspoon salt
 - ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper
 - ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
 
Instructions
- Blend the Ingredients:
- In a food processor, combine cottage cheese, avocado, fresh herbs, lemon juice, and olive oil.
 - Blend until smooth and creamy, about 60–90 seconds.
 
 - Season the Dip:
- Remove the blade from the food processor. Add salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Stir to combine.
 
 - Serve:
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl.
 - Garnish with a drizzle of olive oil and chopped fresh herbs.
 - Serve with fresh-cut vegetables, crackers, or other dippers.
 
 
Notes
- For extra creaminess, use full-fat cottage cheese.
 - Lemon juice helps slow browning, but tightly covering leftovers will maintain freshness.
